The second Rakerwil of National Education Commission held in Bumi Wali Tuban Manggrove Center by Komnasdik Jatim. The participants are 92 representative from each sub-districts of East Java. The program is an annual planning which the first rakerwil was in Probolinggo 2018 last year.
