Farming is very interesting. Farmer usually do some activities in the farm such as cut the grass for feeding their animals. Farmer plant various kind of plants in the farm such as corn, rice, bananas and etc.

The farming location is in Tunggakcerme Village, Wonomerto subdistrict Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. I myself go to my parents farming twice in a week, sometimes I take my mother to get the farm. There are various plants of planting planted by the farms.

Generally, my villagers are farmers profession who are farming everyday in their field. They are cut the grass for their animals such as goat, cow etc. Some are just sigh seeing of their planting.

QR code or commonly known as QR Code is the form of bar code evolution from one dimension to two dimensions. The use of QR codes is very common in Japan. Its ability to store data that is larger than code stem so that it can encode information in Japanese because it can accommodate kanji. QR codes have received international standardization and standardization from Japan in the form of ISO / IEC18004 and JIS-X-0510 bases has been widely used through cellphones in Japan.

Steps to Create a QR Code ; install the QR generator application, Install the barcode scanner application on android, Make a QR Code, Creating innovation from the QR Code, and  Documentation and Publication.

Mr Aries Eka Prasetya is a History teacher in SMAN 22 Surabaya. He is focus on innovation and creativity of an effective and fun model in learning. one of his hoobies are cinematografi, travelling, literacy and innovation in learning. he was graduated from History Education of UNESA Surabaya 2005. He got the scholarship in Dong Eui University, Busan South Korea 2013. Mr. Aries is founder of moral literacy namely SAMISANOV (Satu Minggu Satu Inovasi). He visited Melbourne Australia on 2017 and He was one of the Winner in Indonesia Digital Learning (IDL) 2016. He got many rewards (26 works 2012 – 2018). Moreover, He have been showed in mass media ; Talk Show, Sarah Sechan, Indonesia Morning, Show Net TV, Inovasi Discussion JTV, Inovation news MNC TV.

He wrote some books such as; Mengajar Kreatif bersama Guru Inovatif, Samisanov jilid 1 “Sebuah Awal Inovasi”, Samisanov jilid 2 “Inovasi Komik Sejarah”, Samisanov jilid 3 “Inovasi dan Kreasi dari Smadda”, Samisanov jilid 2 “Inovasi Tanpa Titik Henti”, Kumpulan Metode Inovasi dan Kreasi serta Cerita Inspirasi”, Karya ilmiyah Inovatif, Komik Sejarah Kota Surabaya, Aries The Explorer, Penggalan Kata Tanpa Makna, Samisanov 5 “ Inovasi Guru Samisanov Untuk Indonesia, Samisanov 6 “ Tutorial Inovasi Samisanov, Satu Bulan di Busan, dan Samisanov 7 “ Kunci Sukses Inovasi Guru Samisanov”.

The reporter was one of the participant in the innovative QR Code session in the Workshop of English Teachers’ Forum (MGMP) East Java, Hotel Tanjung Surabaya whose the participants were 27 Professional English Teachers from district and sub-district of East Java (12/1/2019). He got many additional knowledge relating to the innovation learning, especially in English Language Teaching. He was proud of himself and participating the Innovative Learning with QR Code. The workshop of the English Teacher’s Forum (MGMP) on developing English Teachers’ Competence which is located in Hotel Tanjung Hall Surabaya is run well. The workshop is start at 8.00 o.clock up to 10 o’clock.  The Speaker of this first session is Mr. Addison Winger (25 years old), a Volunteer at Peace Corps Indonesia. He is presenting the topic “Fun English Learning in Classroom”. He starts the material by showing, explaining his experiencies in Fun and Active Learning when He had been teaching the Indonesian English Learners, He has an Outside class of English Club involving the 3 classes (10th ) and 1 class (12th ) of SMKN 1 in Bandung  whose are interesting in this Fun and Active Learning under the supervising of him.

One of the Fun and Active Learning He implemented in is “Tongue Twisters”. He give some examples of sentences from the most simplest to the most complexes one, such as; a) I scream. You Scream. We all scream for Ice Cream, b) Sally sells Seashells by the Seashore, c)You know New York. You need New York. You  know You need unique New York, d) I slit a sheet. A sheet I slit. Upon the slitted sheet I sit, e) Which watch did which witch wear and which witch wore which watch?, and f) How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck chuck wood?, and g) Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers; A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked; If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, Where’s the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

In other view, Mr Addison explaining of some another impossible Fun and Creative Learning in classrooms that are relating to the Four points based_Cross-Cultural Understanding of USA; Class Setting, Class Frequency, unpunctual, and Lesson Planning. The Lesson plan view namely 4MAT ; Four Part Format  that are Motivation, Presentation, Practice and Application/producing an Independent work. Practically, The Speaker continued his description about some games are suggested to the  teachers in their learning process for examples; “Line-Up Game”, “Snowball Fight”, “Left-Right Reading”, and “Fly Swatter Game”. The English Teachers’ Forum (MGMP) East Java is presenting the workshop entitled “Developing English Teacher Competence” in Hotel Tanjung Surabaya East Java is relevant activities for the English teacher in improving their proficiency and professional development relating to the developing technology in the revolution 4.0 era. The program is conducted on January, 11-13, 2019  from Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Mrs Embun as the leader of English Language Teacher forum (MGMP) East Java said that the workshop is very important for improving the school level both are locally and nationally. In other view Mr. Alfian as the member of curriculum staff in Surabaya explained some challenges and barriers that should be prepared by the whole educational staff especially the headmaster has the important roles in managing of the improvement school level. He also further give explanation about the online examination (UNBK)  and final school examination of smartphone_based (11/01/2019).

The are some reasons that smartphone is going to be implemented in Smartphone_based examination ; by the hope that it is as the solution in  ICT era that mostly students are using smartphone, it is limited time, it has consists of some e-book, it is adult users, it  is anticipation for the lack of computers in some school, the score is school_based, and this year the score of Smartphone_based examination would be submitted to the Province as the evaluations for the better development in educational side.

The participats of the workshop are 30 English Teachers forum (MGMP) members in Senior High School  from some district/subdistrict;  Jember, Situbondo, Probolinggo, Malang, Surabaya, Bangkalan, Sampang, Sumenep, Kediri, Mojokerto, Tulungagung, Tuban, and Ponorogo.

Some speakers are Dr. Hernani Sirikit, MA. Presenting on Writing for Journal and Mass Media (Directur Sirikit School of Writing), Addison Winger (Teacher from USA) presenting on Fun English Learning in Classroom, Tri Septianto., M.Kom  (IT Practicioner) presenting on Google for Education, and Aries Eko Prasetyo  (IT Practicioner) presenting on QR Code and Quizzez. The Second National Gathering of English Teachers Forum 2018

The Second National of English Teachers (MGMP)

were 66 Participants in Batu City

The National Silaturahim (Silatnas) The Second National of English Teacher Forum MGMP was held at Asida Hotel in Batu, East Java, for three days, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 5, 6 and 7 July 2018 it turns out that it still hasn’t produced maximum results. The target of 200 participants of the Indonesian English Teacher of Senior High School who was the representative in the 2nd Silatnas turned out to be only attended by 66 participants. Those present were representatives from East Java, West Java, Central Java, North Sumatra, West Sumatra and Sulawesi, while participants who were expected to be from the eastern Indonesia were present at the annual event, apparently they also did not come for the same reason as the Acceptance of New Students ( PPDB).

Dewi Larasati Second Public Relations Section of the Second National of English Teacher Forum Committee (MGMP) said the degeneration of Silatnas in the Second National English Teacher forum was one of the ways to improve English human resource teachers starting from the west to the east, Sabang to Meraoke in order to gain new experiences and new innovations. “In that event, we want to unite how our brothers and sisters in the west and east can share, miss communication, exchange ideas that we can bring to each school,” Larassati explained. However, he said, to improve the ability and skills of teachers in implementing the learning curriculum 13 and the new rules, it still has not been attended by participants from Eastern Indonesia. “They did not come because it coincided with PPDB, because there were still a shortage of teachers, until finally they became committee members, I hope that next year the 3rd Silatnas can be participated by our brothers in Eastern Indonesia,” . Inna Nivanti, Chair of the National Silaturahim Committee (Silatnas ) The Second National of English Teachers Forum (MGMP) was held and the target was for Senior High School of English teachers throughout Indonesia to get new information and innovations that could be extracted from the resource persons. “In addition, to establish silaturohmi with English subject teachers in Indonesia. Its also to be able to improve their quality in self-development, creative and innovative ” he said.
